The emotion I expressed in my portrait is mysterious. To create this portrait I photographed myself in a area where there was special lighting (the stripes). I posed myself in the area between my bed and drawer because that's where the special lighting was. I used hard lighting to dramatize the image and give less attention to my other features. I edited the image by decreasing the exposure, adding vignette, changing the contrast and decreasing the clarity. Overall I think my portrait was a success because it conveyed the feeling I wanted to show. Next time I can try editing it a different way or taking a different type of picture.
